number of bans?or is this some kinda speedrun category
>>492No idea tbhThe french guy or the spic or whatever called it that so I followed suit>number of bans?>some kinda speedrun categoryI think it's both actually. It was something like 'some new faggot put up a site(/board) with no idea what he's doing, let's see who can get interesting bans'.I mostly competed in the 'get localhost banned over inoffensive textposts' category and I guess I still do. Pickings were good then because there was like an 8cuck /pol/ exodus or something and bunkers were being put up super whining hugbox loving morons and I guess pickings are good now since there's been some weird migration from discord somewhere somehow onto federale aggregator chans.

>there's been some weird migration from discord somewhere somehow onto federale aggregator chans. It's not that surprising to me that these places where the owners have no interest in the boards have gotten so shitty but it is surprising to me that basically none of my regular haunts are torchans or even have onyos anymore.Did I miss the bus? Is everyone on I2P? The flagship for I2Pchans was probably NNTPchan which is obviously a big deal though. The death of onyov2s and all the stored culture therein hit us all pretty hard in the moral in terms of trying to make, like, new connections with a modern generality I guess.I might try to get some filters put up first but I feel I'm increasingly losing any sort of hope for an interest in cafe really

>>494Never gave a shit about tor/i2p/whatever other new fangled linux web 3.0 crap people come up with to fail to hide from glowfiends with. The ideal for me has always been a ham radio based image board. I would call it the Secret Airwave of VIP Quality or SAoVQ for short. My current situation prevents me from doing that unfortunately. Maybe I'll try it again in a few years.
>Never gave a shit about tor/i2p/whatever other new fangled linux web 3.0 crap people come up withIt's more just /g/chan culture. In order to be an admeme of a respectable site you'd have to make your own imageboard software and make people connect to it over some protocol or through some service that isn't packaged out of the box with ultra-mainstream browsers. That's just how it was, since the alternative was that it'd just turn into an irc runoff site since you're opening the door to people that aren't making any kind of even token attempt to conceal their identity. It's just a better context to inform culture, on both sides really.

>>493Why do people have to go out of their way to harass people they don't like? We're in an era where big tech wants to shut down everything outside of centralized platforms and most sites allowing public image uploads can be shut down by uploading illegal data (and we'll soon get the same for illegal text). This mindset will only harm everyone including yourself. If your problem is simply with someone being dumb (rather than some tribal rivalry), why not help them overcome their ignorance by explaining what they're doing wrong?
